Christian Joy, badass fashion designer for Karen O and Where the Wild Things Are, and a personal favorite of course, posted her long-awaited new line! check it out, I love this stuff.

Gilt for Haiti

Gilt.com is actually doing something productive with all of the money I spend on their stuff. They are having a temporary sale to benefit Haiti. There are t-shirts, bags, and TOMS listed, so go buy it while its for a good cause. I'm supporting it, so should you. You are actually helping someone by buying the things you want now.

If you're not a member, you can be "invited" to sign up here:

then, go see the Haiti sale here:

LOVE.

I'm in love! At first I only looked at this dress because of the eerie photography. Then I saw the detail of the shoulders... oh my god! This dress is so simple and unique, I'm dying for it but of course its $239. By Seelenkleid on pixiemarket.com

Nick Jonas goes solo?

say what? Nick Jonas ditched the bros and wrote an old school Mayer-esque song with a hodgepodge of accompaniment. In the video, he reveals heart-wrenching secrets about "who he is" such as the fact that he is a brother, and a diabetic, alongside firefighters, amputees, and pregnant teenagers. ooh.. a bit risque for the disney grad.

Look how talented my friends are! Spotlighting Grahamage Smart

So, I've decided to watch this Sundance documentary instead of doing homework tonight.
This guy, Chris Waitt, embarks on a pathetic quest to find out why he's such a terrible boyfriend. It lasts, possibly, a bit too long, but its awkwardly funny moments make up for it. Makes for a solid distraction, or good background noise.

On a somewhat related note, spent a night with a future sexual predator, but I did enjoy Manchester Orchestra.

True Life: you blew it (if there was anything to blow).
1. "Zero" was not written by Metric.
2. Though the offer to be one of your "hoes", or "bitches that like your raps", is tempting, I don't know if I'm quite ready to be part of a group that has to adopt a reality-tv worthy nickname.
3. Asking me about my date and the "lucky guy" from the other night is a bit odd considering I never told you about it.
4. The fact that you got "Biggest Flirt" for your senior superlative only verifies my pre-conceived notions
5. Please don't thank me for going with you when a) I bought my ticket well in advance and b) you offered me drugs.

Oh, the degeneracy of the boys at Rhodes. Hey, at least I gave it a try.
